Working within a dynamic team of highly skilled professionals, you will provide exceptional support across various disciplines within a large Acute Hospital environment. Your responsibilities will include providing hardware and software support for ICT users while maintaining excellent customer service.

We seek an individual with excellent technical, interpersonal, and communication skills, confident working both independently and as part of a large team.
Standard working hours are from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to meet service needs. The role is based at University Hospital, Coventry.
Key duties include:
1. Supporting a large corporate computer system estate of over 10,000 desktops and 13,000 users.
2. Providing end-user hardware and software support using the ITIL framework for incident, change, and problem management.
3. Supporting networked computer systems operation.
4. Performing acceptance testing, software loading, configuration, and troubleshooting of ICT equipment.
5. Installing and commissioning ICT equipment at user locations, including user familiarization.
6. Being familiar with Microsoft Windows and UNIX operating systems.
7. Supporting mobile devices, including Apple products and dictation equipment.

2. Performing acceptance testing, installation, and troubleshooting of communications equipment.
3. Supporting NHS staff across satellite sites, including travel as necessary.
4. Ensuring ICT equipment meets safety standards.
5. Fault finding and hardware repairs, liaising with third parties as needed.
6. Using ServiceNow for incident, change, request management, and asset management, including reporting and escalation.
7. Assisting with ICT Service Desk operations.
