Job Description
* Managing debt recovery efficiently and effectively.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
* Conducting credit checks on potential customers.
* Ensuring invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner.
* Resolving any financial disputes raised by the customer.
* Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
* Reporting to management on outstanding issues and informing them about potential debtor problems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of relevant software (e.g. ERP).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Good understanding of relevant legal processes.
