The Group and Team
With over 100 specialist lawyers, including 24 Partners, the rated Construction and Engineering team provides comprehensive legal solutions across all areas of the construction industry. The group's work encompasses a diverse range of sectors, including residential accommodation, civil and process plant engineering, energy, infrastructure, transport, and utilities, serving both private and public clients. Additionally, the team offers project support and legal advice to other departments, including Real Estate, Banking, and Projects.
What to Expect in This Role:
* Engage in a variety of high-quality construction work, advising government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, constructors, sub-contractors, and professional teams on project procurement techniques and dispute avoidance/resolution mechanisms.
* Nurture and develop relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor by providing timely and quality advice while effectively managing client expectations.
* Be part of a high-performing team known for its commitment to professional development, receiving support from established HR, Learning & Development, and delivery contacts to enhance your experience.
* As the team expands both nationally and internationally, opportunities will arise to support teams in other offices and jurisdictions.
