I have an exciting role to work with a specialist contractor based in Manchester.
As the Head of HR, you will be a strong leader with fully rounded knowledge and experience of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes
HR Operations
Payroll - Liaise with the Operations Manager to deliver an accurate and on time payroll
Compensation and Benefits
Develop and implement bonus strategy
Implement HR projects and key strategies
As an experienced HR Professional, you will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, whilst adapting to change and you will have experience of managing the whole life cycle - recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits and rewards and talent management.
Desirable:
Construction, civil or engineering background
Experience in implementing and managing a new people strategy
CIPD Level 7
Please note, this is a full -time role working in the office Monday to Friday. There is no remote working with this role.
