The HR Business Partnering team is a high performing and dynamic team spread across Abri’s entire geography. We’re responsible for delivering and optimising core HR processes by providing excellent customer service to our colleagues, supporting them across the full employee lifecycle. As our new HR Business Partner, you’ll work in partnership with senior leaders and managers to provide expert advice on the whole spectrum of Human Resources that align with our goals and values. You’ll provide strategic HR advice and support on workforce planning, organisational change, and employee engagement. Be the subject matter expert to support managers with employee relations cases which are potentially of a complex and sensitive nature. No two days are the same, so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential, along with excellent administration, analytical, and organisational skills.
