A well-established business in Scarborough is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Admin to join their team on a permanent basis. This fantastic opportunity is part-time, circa 25 hours per week, ideally front-loaded at the start of the week to accommodate payroll (Monday is preferred); however, there is flexibility on days and hours to suit the successful individual. On offer is an hourly rate of £12.50 to £15 per hour, depending on experience.
As a Part-Time Accounts Admin, you will:
1. Process weekly payroll for approx. 60 employees
2. Input purchase invoices accurately into the system
3. Generate and issue sales invoices
4. Verify any invoices against the company's bespoke system
5. Carry out various accounting/admin tasks as needed throughout the year
To be successful in this Part-Time Accounts Admin role, you will ideally have:
1. Experience using Sage (Accounts & Payroll)
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
4. Prior experience in payroll and general accounts administration
This Part-Time Accounts Admin role would ideally suit someone with past experience.
Easily commutable from Filey, Bridlington, Malton, Pickering, Sherburn, and surrounding areas, with on-site parking available. Public transport links may be limited due to the location, and ideally, the successful individual needs to have their own transport.
