Your role will involve providing expert technical advice on indemnity rules, managing the quarterly information exchange with qualifying insurers, and ensuring data accuracy. You will conduct Quality Assurance reviews, manage resources, and develop the team's skills and knowledge. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing evidence, liaising with solicitors, insurers, the general public, and other departments, and making informed decisions on the validity of claims. Additionally, you will draft clear and concise responses, track firms' insurance renewals, stay updated on indemnity insurance rules, and produce insightful reports for senior management.
