We're delighted to be assisting this international business as they look to recruit a copywriter with strong ecommerce listing experience to their team.
The purpose of the role is to create, own and manage all commercially optimised digital content for a variety of online channels including D2C, B2B and 3rd party marketplaces. To increase consumer awareness, engagement and sales of the brands and products within the portfolio.
Duties:
* Responsible for the creation of SEO optimised written content to drive sales across multiple Ecommerce channels including 3rd party marketplaces.
* Responsible for all product written content across its lifecycle ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Responsible for ensuring the PIM system is updated and managed for all channels; ensuring clear processes are in place to service all channel customers effectively.
* The role will require hands on copywriting to produce content required for sales and marketing operations including brand ‘tone of voice’, social media communications including LinkedIn and Amazon A+ content.
* Delivery of long copy inspiration, research led articles and interview based content to deliver engagement with a wide trade and consumer audience.
* Contribute to strategic brand development, through research and evolution of the brand(s) proposition, vision, voice and story.
* To engage and manage a small team of digital copywriters.
Experience Required:
* Experience of working within an Ecommerce environment producing listings.
* Creation of SEO rich product titles, features and descriptions to support online sales across multiple ecommerce platforms including marketplaces.
* Delivering high volume output to critical deadlines.
* Creation of long form written content to drive awareness and engagement.
* Creative thinking in response to a brief.
* 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
