Service Operations Planner (9-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:
The Service Operations Planner will positively contribute towards the continued growth and success of the Service department through facilitating the service contract delivery process, including managing our contracts to support with exceeding our customers’ expectations.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
1. Coordinating Service & Survey Engineers in a designated area, to ensure effective management of resource to support our customers’ needs whilst maximising the time on site
2. Utilising the service diary to schedule service visits and communicating this with Service Engineers, liaising with other colleagues where appropriate
3. Recording and monitoring consumable and chemical usage throughout the course of the contract to ensure timely availability and payment
4. Working with the Service Engineers to ensure they are clearly briefed and correct reporting is carried out
5. Undertaking root cause analysis, recommending continuous improvement activities
6. Coordination of reactive customer visits, including 24-hour priority response, commissioning survey and audit requests
