Office based Monday to Friday.
Your position will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, upselling opportunities, using your strong communication skills, processing orders, and dealing effectively and confidently with customer inquiries by telephone, email, social media, and web.
You will take great pride and gain pleasure in ensuring the best level of customer service, solving any problems raised, and fostering long-term customer relationships that drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process customer orders accurately and in compliance with company policy and procedures.
2. Monitor order status, communicating any issues to customers.
3. Liaise with customers to build solid relationships and provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer care calls are carried out across key accounts.
4. Respond to customer inquiries providing after-sales support, including technical advice.
5. Accurately maintain records of customers on the CRM system.
6. Actively seek to increase customer order values through offering additional products and services and achieve monthly sales budget.
7. Provide product/service information to customers, addressing questions and demonstrating a thorough understanding of our offerings.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Qualifications:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, sharing information clearly, professionally, and courteously.
2. Previous sales experience with proven success in sales through service.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think analytically and provide effective solutions.
4. Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
6. Ability to keep calm under pressure.
7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a fast-paced environment.
8. Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (SharePoint, Business Dynamics, Dynamics 365 would be an advantage).
