THE ROLE
Due to continued growth of both virtual and live events, there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Administrator to join their close-knit and dedicated team and deliver events across their client base. A broad, and all-encompassing role responsibilities will include:
1. Assist the Project Lead and pitch team with proposals by researching ideas, offering administrative support, and inputting budgets.
2. Assisting in taking briefs, meeting agendas and content report creation, developing critical paths and milestones.
3. Developing ongoing relationships with colleagues, clients & all suppliers.
4. Supporting in the creation of project budgets, ensuring POs are raised in a timely manner.
5. Support in preparing and scheduling post event debriefs including client, internal departments, and suppliers.
6. Assist your Project Lead to schedule, research and develop creative solutions / experiential concepts, ensuring client brand guidelines are applied consistently across all aspects of the project.
7. Providing mentorship to new and existing Event Administrators by positively inputting to team meetings.
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have an understanding of the event industry and have ideally have experience working on events themselves. Previous experience as an administrator would be highly advantageous. You will be an organised individual who thrives off working within a busy, but supportive environment and enjoys being part of a close knit team.
