The Role:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships to achieve high levels of trust, respect and professionalism.
* Advise and coach managers on how the people agenda may be ‘worked’ to deliver success.
* Support a culture of high performance where talent is recognised.
* Enable, and challenge, team cultures and behaviours to ensure that they are consistent with organisational culture at all times.
* Analyse People trends and metrics, understanding data and insight both externally and internally.
* Support all managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
* Develop plans and report on recruitment, training, succession planning and talent development.
* Resolve complex employee relations and absence issues.
* Participate in the development and delivery of HR programmes including compensiation and benefits and Learning and Development.
