Assist in managing the operational risk incident log, tracking incidents, outcomes, and corrective actions implemented. Review and enhance existing compliance policies and procedures to align with industry standards. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement measures to prevent recurrence. Perform data analysis to understand risk exposure, trends, and potential vulnerabilities within operational processes. Provide support to business units in understanding and applying risk management. practices and policies. Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure accurate documentation. Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance. Manage multiple inboxes and Risk page within our colleague engagement platform. The candidate we are looking for will have: Basic understanding of risk management principles and practices. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the relevant industry is desirable. Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., FCA, AML, GDPR). Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Ability to assess risks, analyse data, and propose effective solutions. A meticulous approach to compliance matters. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
