The positions will be based predominantly between our Darlington and Wilton sites. However, the Company reserves the right to require you to work at such other locations in Teesside, including our site at Billingham, to ensure business needs are met and for the proper performance of your duties.

Role & Responsibilities
* Execute QC equipment periodic reviews.
* Introduction of newly qualified analytical equipment into the relevant controlling systems to ensure maintenance plans can be adhered to.
* Technical review of vendor maintenance/service documentation.
* Liaise with both internal customers and equipment vendors to aid with any equipment breakdowns/issues.
* Gain a detailed understanding of the equipment and its maintenance requirements.
* Create new and update existing equipment SOP’s/WI’s with any supplied vendor updates or software/firmware/functional updates.
* Work to site SHE and cGMP requirements at all times, complying with procedures and timelines.
* Schedule and plan workload.
Qualifications and Experience
* Science degree or minimum 3 years’ experience working in a GMP analytical laboratory.
* Experience of working in an analytical GMP laboratory.
* Experience of planning and scheduling equipment PM servicing and calibration.
* Experience of hosting equipment vendors on planned and unplanned maintenance visits.
* Ability to follow SOP’s and work instructions.
