Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Outskirts of Taunton, must drive to location
Salary: £23,400 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Overview
Our very well-established client on the outskirts of Taunton has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a permanent basis. The Customer Experience they provide is at the core of their proposition and growth plan, making the position of Customer Service Agent pivotal in their organization. The role requires processing large volumes of data while ensuring professional and timely customer contact.
Core Responsibilities
* Dealing with customers via email and telephone, providing responses and support in a timely manner, in line with agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).
* Managing the Service desk platform - Freshdesk, proactively managing tickets within SLA's and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues.
* Order taking and input on Orderwise software.
* Management of customer enquiries from cradle to grave, ensuring timely closure.
* Maintaining data in Orderwise, ensuring alignment with Freshsales CRM customer issues and requirements, including liaising with hauliers regarding delivery issues.
* Handling day-to-day additional office tasks.
* Other activities as identified by the management team.
* Becoming proficient in key systems including Freshdesk, Freshsales, and Orderwise.
Qualities
* Previous Customer Service Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
* A great telephone manner.
* Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic.
* Focused with high attention to detail.
* Able to work as part of a team.
