Sales & Client Management (SCM)
Role Overview: The SCM Swivel Chair Support role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end process from Pagero quote creation to contract execution within IFS for OneSource sales representatives. This role will ensure seamless transitions between sales stages, maintain data integrity, and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
About The Role
* Quote Management:
o Creation, tracking, and management of Pagero sales quotes in IFS for Heritage TR sales representatives.
o Creation, tracking and management of Onesource sales quotes in GSI for Heritage Pagero sales representatives.
o Ensure all quotes are accurately created and updated in a timely manner.
o Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure quotes are progressing through the sales pipeline.
* Contract Process:
o Manage the contract generation process, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are obtained.
o Work closely with deal desk, commercial strategy, legal and finance teams to ensure contracts comply with company policies and commercials.
o Facilitate the electronic signature process and ensure contracts are stored appropriately.
* Data Integrity and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and contracts in IFS.
o Generate regular reports on sales pipeline status, contract execution, and other key metrics if applicable.
o Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
* Process Improvement:
o Continuously evaluate and improve the opportunity to contract process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
o Implement best practices and provide training to sales team members on IFS usage and processes.
o Stay updated on IFS features and functionalities to leverage new tools and capabilities.

Education: 4-year college degree (preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Communication, or other liberal arts).
Experience: 2 years in sales or account management in a direct sales environment.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP, SFDC, Excel, MS Office; Comprehensive knowledge of Thomson Reuters products/processes a plus.
