* Implementation and oversight of Office 365 services, encompassing Active Directory, Azure AD,
* Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business.
* Provide engineering services for modernization and collaboration efforts, including single sign-on and centralized identity and federation services, and cloud migration strategy for cloud-based infrastructure-as-a-service platforms including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
* Perform O365 and Exchange Administration and Azure Active Directory Management.
* Troubleshoot multiple complex Exchange Online/On Premise/ Hybrid environments.
* Research organization’s technical problems while devising solutions and implementing plans for full resolution.
* Support Office 365 Authentication and Identity Protocols.
* Perform and assist Administrators with Office 365 Migrations, remediation, data moves, and license assignments.
* Provision Mailboxes with required license services using group licensing.
* Participate in change management (ITIL).
* Provide migration reporting to senior management.
* Provide on-going Tier IV Support for Office 365.
* Assist in creating and maintaining client training documentation.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience administrating and implementing Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
* Prior experience with Microsoft migrations and deployments (i.e., On-prem Exchange, SharePoint) onto M365.
* Experience using platform migration tools. Examples include ShareGate, Azure Migrate.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure preferred.
* Familiarity with design & build M365 licensing groups in Azure Active Directory.
* Experience writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation and system efficiency.
* Experience with SMTP gateways/routing, DNS, TCP/IP, Modern Authentication, Active Directory user and group management, group policy.
* Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience troubleshooting system performance issues.
* Experience writing best practices and SOP documentation.
Education and/or Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience.
* Minimum 10 years of experience configuring and supporting IT infrastructure.
* Minimum 3 years of experience with integrations and migrations around M&A.
