Mode Search are partnering with a Global Fashion brand in their search for a Senior People Business Partner.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in HR and is able to commute 3 days a week to Oxfordshire.
The Role will support across areas such as resourcing, performance management, employee relations, and people services.
Responsibility:
* Develop and deliver the strategic resource plan with hiring managers.
* Manage budgets in partnership with the Finance team.
* Use the People Portal to manage recruitment.
* Encourage internal talent development and reduce turnover.
* Promote the talent development process and build the talent pipeline.
* Cultivate strong relationships with the People team.
* Influence decision-making and drive employee engagement.
* Guide and coach people managers to operate at their best.
* Lead the employee relations practice and manage HR issues.
* Ensure legal compliance and minimize exposure to risk.
Requirements:
* Strong HR experience in resourcing, performance, and employee relations.
* Proven ability to influence leadership decisions and drive engagement.
* Strong coaching skills and ability to guide people managers.
* Forward-thinking with a focus on future goals.
* Expertise in employee relations and legal compliance.
* Ability to minimize risk and create collaborative relationships.
