Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team on the outskirts of Swindon.
Job Role
* Booking appointments for customers.
* Ensuring company policies & procedures are always adhered to
* Professionally deal with inbound calls from prospective customers
* Meeting and exceeding individual KPI's
* Listening to customer requirements and updating records accurately.
* Keeping up to date with market trends and industry standards, identifying new booking opportunities and leads
Specifications
* Clear and concise with strong communication due to the nature of the role
* Previous experience within a commercial environment
* Excellent telephone manner
