Role: Strategic Marketing and Communications Lead
Location: Hybrid requiring 1 day a week in the office based in Kenilworth
Reports to: Director of Finance and Operations
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

As a key member of our Operations and Finance Team, you will help us deliver our charitable objectives by amplifying the companies voice, growing our supporter base, and driving sustainable income through innovative marketing and communication strategies. You will take the lead on designing and delivering a new website, boosting brand visibility, building strong partnerships, and driving both individual and corporate giving campaigns. You will also play a central role in growing and supporting our community of members and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Digital Engagement
Lead the full redesign and ongoing management of the website
Increase awareness of the companies mission through targeted SEO and digital campaigns
Design and deliver a marketing and social media strategy to engage and grow our audiences
Manage and report on digital performance using data and analytics to inform strategy
Create and maintain marketing materials, publications, and visual assetsBusiness Development & Fundraising
Cultivate and manage strong corporate partnerships aligned with the companies mission
Design compelling corporate and individual giving campaigns
Drive lead generation and prospecting efforts to grow the companies supporter base
Oversee databases and pipelines to track progress and inform decision-makingCommunity Building & Membership Engagement
Build meaningful relationships with the companies members and inspire a sense of community
Develop and implement new member recruitment strategies
Support and empower volunteers to help deliver our objective
Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
Support cross-functional projects and contribute to committee reports

Proven ability to deliver marketing strategies with measurable impact
Strong corporate relationship-building skills with a strategic mindset
Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, at all levels
Organised, efficient, and excellent at multitasking
Highly skilled across social media, marketing design tools (e.g., Canva), Mailchimp, and analytics
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and managing databases
Full clean driving licence
Experience in corporate or personal fundraising
Background in event planning and delivery
Financial acumen and budget management skills
Familiarity with video editing, podcasting, and digital storytelling
