The Role Do you have meticulous attention to detail, great interpersonal skills and an interest in working in a property sales environment? If yes, look no further Joining our Development team as a Sales Officer for 18 months, you’ll join a team responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support across the end-to-end new homes sales process. The team supports the Sales Advisors and the wider Sales team and are critical to delivering a smooth sales process for our customers, ensuring a brilliant customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Processing and facilitating the completion of Shared Ownership applications. Drafting and issuing accurate correspondence relating to the sale of properties. Liaising with buyers, Solicitors and other stakeholders involved in the sale of properties to ensure sales are progressing in a timely manner. Processing reservation fees from buyers and invoices from third parties. We’re seeking a highly organised individual, who can manage multiple priorities with ease whilst maintaining a high-quality customer service You’ll also demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualifications: GCSE (or equivalent) Math’s & English Grade C/4 or above. Experience of providing a broad range of administrative support. Knowledge and understanding of the property sales process - knowledge of Shared Ownership would interest us, but is not essential Experience of communicating with a wide range of customers, internal stakeholders and third parties, in writing and over the phone. Experience of using Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) and a range of inhouse systems. As a smart working organisation, you can expect a balance of working from the office and from home. Typically, you’ll be working from the office 3 days per week and 2 days per week from home.
