Post Completions Assistant – Stoke-on-Trent
Puro Associates are working with a long-standing and reputable law firm based in Stoke-on-Trent, who are looking to appoint a Post Completions Assistant to support their busy residential conveyancing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a strong administrative background with some experience in conveyancing or post-completions work—who is looking to grow within a supportive legal environment.
The Role:
As a Post Completions Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of the conveyancing process, ensuring all post-completion matters are dealt with promptly and accurately. Key responsibilities include:
* Submitting SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) returns
* Handling Land Registry applications and registrations
* Dealing with requisitions and any post-completion correspondence
* Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and deadlines
* Updating case management systems and liaising with fee earners
* Deliver an exceptional client service
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar post completions or legal administrative role is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage a high-volume workload
* Confident communicator with a professional, team-focused attitude
* Familiarity with conveyancing systems and procedures is a bonus
