Office Based only Role
An Administrator is needed for approximately 3 to 4 months to provide comprehensive admin support to a team.
You will be office based in central Bournemouth.
Hours to be agreed between 07:30 and 17:00, there is an expectation that the post holder will cover early and late shifts.
You should have previous experience of working in an admin office undertaking technical admin duties such as writing bespoke letters, account maintenance and reconciliation, processing payroll payments etc. Along with a good knowledge of specific functions i.e. payroll, HR creditors etc if requested.
Key Responsibilities:
To carry out a range of technical administrative and function related duties such as finance etc for the department with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems.
Qualifications:
Two A Levels, NVQ 2/3 in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
Skills & Experience:
Experience of working in an admin office undertaking technical admin duties such as writing bespoke letters, account maintenance and reconciliation, processing payroll payments etc.
A good knowledge of specific functions i.e. payroll, HR creditors etc if requested.
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of ICT including, Excel, Word, Outlook and other programmes
Ability to work to deadlines.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer service skills.
Excellent spoken communication skills
Must be of smart appearance.
