Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative - (Cloud Solutions) you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the SDR Manager, Account Managers, and our marketing team to execute targeted outbound campaigns, respond to inbound inquiries and event responses in a timely manner, present our value proposition, gather key information around business needs, and qualify them for a more in-depth discussion with an Account Manager.

Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and create new sales opportunities through outbound campaigns, events, and managing inbound inquiries.
2. Initial Contact: Provide exceptional experiences for prospects and customers as the first point of contact.
3. Lead Nurturing: Educate and develop prospects until they are ready for further engagement with the sales team.
4. Lead Vetting: Thoroughly vet leads to confirm they conform to company guidelines.
5. Qualification: Deliver highly qualified leads that meet company qualification guidelines.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and wider sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
7. Productivity: Maintain high productivity levels, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under time constraints.
8. Engagement: Engage with customers, both on the telephone and with email, to analyze their needs.
9. Profile Accounts: Overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for the Account team.
10. KPI Achievement: Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs as defined by the business.
11. Travel: Occasionally travel to trade shows and other marketing and sales events.
Qualifications
1. Education: University degree or equivalent work-based experience.
2. Experience: 2+ years of business experience, with at least one year in a sales-related role.
3. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, phone etiquette, and the ability to craft authentic and relatable emails and InMails.
4. Knowledge: Ability to understand and successfully promote technical offerings and solution sets.
5. Technical Aptitude: Experience with Microsoft CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales automation, Zoom Info, Apollo, and Microsoft Business Apps is a plus.
6. Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management, self-motivation, and adaptability to change.
7. Autonomy: Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
What We Offer:
