About the Role
As a key member of the service and sales department, you will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting a portfolio of service offerings. The role involves a blend of business development, customer relationship management, and technical expertise to deliver outstanding service solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for service contracts, upgrades, and aftersales solutions.
2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, converting leads into long-term clients.
3. Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing bespoke solutions.
4. Conduct client visits, deliver product demonstrations, and present tailored proposals.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
1. Proven experience in sales, ideally within the HVAC, kitchen ventilation, or related industries.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
3. Results-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
4. Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
5. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients and attend site visits.
