We're seeking an experienced Insight Analyst to join our CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) team and play a pivotal role in shaping our analytical capabilities.
About the Role:
As our Revenue Operations Director, you are responsible for driving alignment across our sales, marketing, and customer success functions. This pivotal role will focus on optimising revenue generation processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to achieve our growth objectives.
What you'll do:
Strategic Alignment
* Develop and implement a cohesive Revenue Operations strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure unified processes and objectives.
Operational Efficiency
* Design and optimise processes to streamline lead generation, pipeline management, and customer retention.
* Establish scalable systems to support growth, including CRM optimisation and sales enablement tools.
Data and Analytics
* Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key metrics to monitor performance across the revenue cycle.
* Translate data insights into actionable strategies to enhance revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Forecasting and Planning
* Collaborate with leadership to develop revenue forecasts and set performance targets.
* Identify trends and opportunities to drive long-term business success.
Team Leadership
* Guide and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
* Provide mentorship and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
Our ideal candidate:
* Considerable experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a scaling software or technology company.
* In-depth knowledge of SaaS business models and the financial/analytics software market.
* Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
* Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, translating data into actionable strategies.
* Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and managing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and presenting to boards and Private Equity investors.
* Skilled in building budgets, performance metrics, pricing models, and commission plans.
* Adaptable, proactive mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
