Atlas is seeking a passionate and results-driven Account Manager to lead the delivery of hard facilities management services for our client in Liverpool. As the Account Manager, you will take full ownership of the P&L, operational performance, and service delivery for a single national customer contract. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the client’s facilities are safe, fully operational, and maintained to the highest standards that reflect the exceptional reputation of Atlas. You’ll oversee all aspects of the customer interface, cultivating strong relationships and promoting a positive, high-profile image of the Atlas brand. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Customer & Contract Management Oversee stakeholders to ensure objectives, KPIs, and SLAs are met, delivering high-quality Hard Services Maintenance. Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing service delivery issues and fostering a customer-focused culture. Develop and implement service strategies for continuous improvement and ensure adherence to contractual commitments. Conduct regular site visits to monitor and maintain service standards. Workplace Optimization Identify opportunities for enhanced delivery, self-performing tasks, and providing value for money. Prioritise customer experience in all decision-making and create environments that enable client focus on core business. Regularly review and optimise processes to uphold best-in-class service. Customer Satisfaction Promote service excellence through continuous improvement, productivity, and feedback. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and contractual requirements while exploring growth opportunities. Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and develop the team to align with operational goals and business plans. Address performance issues, manage HR-related matters, and foster collaboration for a cost-effective service. Build team competencies through appraisals, coaching, and training. Resource Management Analyse and optimise service schedules, ensuring efficiency and environmental benefits in line with company strategy. Deliver value for money in services and projects. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure safe, compliant environments and maintain statutory records. Operate within corporate governance, escalating safety concerns as needed. Investigate and report on incidents and accidents. Supplier Management Oversee supplier performance to ensure safety, value, and adherence to company standards. Provide feedback to maintain best practices in supplier management. Financial Management Manage contract P&L, meeting financial targets and delivering detailed project costings. Maintain accurate records and produce service delivery reports as required. Business Support Support new contract bids and host site visits. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best practices and undertake other reasonable tasks as needed. About You Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required GCSE English and Maths or equivalent Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role A proven track record of company policy and procedure management and reviewing, implementing effective change. Mobilisation and/or transformation project management experience. Financial control co-ordination, including P&L responsibility and financial targets. Internal report and performance data production and presentation. Corporate Customer direct management, including producing customer reports and hosting performance review meetings. Internal report and performance data production and presentation. People management experience of large teams of 20.
