We are currently looking for a new BDR to join our well-established and successful Business Development team. Reporting to the BDR Team Leader, your job will be to outbound prospect to global HR, Payroll, and Finance departments, using multiple channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn. The goal is to book well-qualified meetings for our AE’s within the Sales Team, with whom you will be partnered upon joining.

We are mainly seeking an individual who is driven to succeed and is keen to develop their existing or new skills. We are therefore open to candidates who have been in sales roles previously, or this is their first step into the sales world.
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with your assigned BDM’s to establish a strategy of success for their account list.
2. Focusing on ABM / ABX accounts based on our Customer Profile.
3. Identifying potential prospects and generating new business opportunities for CloudPay.
4. Setting up initial appointments for the BDM’s and following up on leads.
5. Tracking progress towards meeting your goals.
6. Effectively using our CRM and outreach platform to manage leads and sales activities.
7. Engaging with marketing on events and campaigns to drive successful outcomes.
8. Providing weekly updates to your BDR Team Leader about your progress and results.
9. Being a vocal advocate and contributing fully to team, sales, and marketing meetings.
10. Being the data champion for your virtual team, updating and cleansing CRM data daily.
11. Embracing all tools and skills to deliver the required message to our prospects and customers.
Attributes and Experience Required:
1. A motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to building relationships.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospects.
3. Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt within a collaborative team environment.
4. Prior experience in sales, SDR / BDR, or customer-facing roles, preferably within the HCM is a plus.
5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
6. Time management and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to change.
Preferred:
1. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
2. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
