Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs
* Administer medication safely and accurately in line with policies
* Support residents with mental health and dementia-related conditions
* Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
* Monitor and assess residents' health, responding proactively to any changes
* Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation
* Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families
* Supervise and mentor junior staff to uphold excellent care standards
