WSR is recruiting for a Project Support Executive for our esteemed client in Milton Keynes.

Job Overview
The core mission of the Project Support role is to manage projects through the sales process in view of booking meetings for the project Consultant, following the projects through by phone and doing final checks and adjustments to quotation schedules ready for ordering. This position requires the ability to work as a team and to fit into our Client's culture.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Following projects through from qualification to order, predominantly via the phone, but email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc. are also useful tools.
2. Updating quotation schedules as requested by customers throughout the sales process.
3. Answering questions asked over the phone, email, or online chat, based on internal technical product training.

2. An overview of the business model, structure, and workflow processes from end to end of the business.
3. The ability to plan, control, and manage your time and tasks to accomplish your goals, balancing conflicting demands of your role and the business needs.
4. Effective communication, with the ability to express ideas and views clearly and concisely either verbally or in written form.
5. The ability to navigate and utilise the Pipedrive CRM system effectively.
6. An understanding of the specific sales structure, process, and elements involved.
7. An overview of the products, how to sell them using all features and benefits.
8. A clear understanding of each product and its specific details, including situations in which it is used and required certifications.
9. The art of selling and the different ways to sell.
10. Understanding the industry they work in, the different entities they deal with, and industry standards.
11. An overview of fire certification and its importance.
12. In-depth knowledge of how to use Excel.
13. Good knowledge of competitors for their portfolio of systems and the relevant benefits compared to competitors' products.
14. Professional and consistent on the phone when answering or making calls, with relevant skills for proactive telephone prospecting, selling, appointment booking, and negotiation.
