I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join my clients' growing team. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic, scaling, global business.
The Human Resources Business Partner will provide both strategic and operational HR support to key business areas. Working closely with managers and senior leaders, this role will deliver HR solutions that enhance employee engagement, drive business performance, and support organisational growth. In this fast-paced and evolving environment, the HR Business Partner will play a key role in shaping people strategies and implementing HR initiatives on a global scale. Due to the nature of the business partnering, some previous experience partnering with European divisions is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, organisational development, and people strategies.
2. Support and coach managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practices.
3. Collaborate with leaders to identify and develop talent, ensuring effective succession planning and career development initiatives.
4. Drive a high-performance culture by supporting performance review processes and coaching managers on feedback and development strategies.
5. Partner with leadership on change management initiatives, including restructures, cultural transformation, and employee engagement strategies.
6. Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied in line with legal requirements and company values.
7. Promote DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
8. Utilise HRIS (BambooHR) and HR analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
9. Identify training needs and contribute to the design and implementation of effective learning and development programs.
10. Lead or contribute to HR-related projects aligned with business priorities.
Experience required:
1. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
2. Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
3. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide insights.
6. Experience working with HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred) and digital HR tools.
7. Experience managing HR projects or driving change initiatives.
8. Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused organisation is beneficial.
9. Knowledge of European employment regulations or experience working across multiple European countries would be an advantage.
Qualifications:
1. 4-6 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role.
2. Degree in Business, HR, or Management (preferred but not essential).
