Role Purpose
The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and increasing brand awareness.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
3. Implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
Position Description – Business Development Consultant
1. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up to convert leads into successful partnerships.
2. Use CRM to monitor pipeline health and identify areas for improvement, such as increasing lead generation or optimising conversion rates.
3. Prepare and present business proposals to prospective partners and clients.
4. Develop a deep understanding of the value proposition of our products and services and communicate this effectively to potential partners and clients.
5. Negotiate and close deals with partners and clients.
Communication
1. Deliver high levels of service to the business at all times.
2. Ensure all SLAs are achieved or clearly communicated in appropriate timeframes.
3. Ensure all contacts and interactions are of the highest standard (written/phone/face-to-face).
