The Role
As an M&E Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Mechanical and Electrical condition assessments. You’ll use tablet-based technologies to capture data and produce detailed reports for clients. This position involves working on stock condition surveys, advising internal teams, and contributing to the development of commercial and acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct M&E condition data capture surveys.
* Undertake building stock condition surveys using advanced tablet technology.
* Provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
* Collaborate with colleagues to manage contractors and deliver value for money.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: Engineering HNC or equivalent. Willingness to obtain professional registration (ACIBSE, MIET, or similar).
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience assessing M&E element conditions.
* Skills: IT-literate with experience using tablet-based data collection technologies.
* Behaviours: A positive collaborator with a client-focused approach, strong willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering customer service excellence.
