Eco2Solar are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UK's leading Solar PV Installation Company in the New Build Housing sector (who were recently invested in by EON) as the UK Sales Director.
As the market leader in its industry, Eco2Solar currently holds 20% of the market share, aiming to grow this to 25% in the next 3 years.
About the role
As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to drive company revenue and achieve company growth targets. The role requires a strategic leader who can set sales targets, develop key growth sales strategies, and coach a team to deliver on these objectives. You will coach and lead a sales manager and the sales team, but your main focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies and ensuring their alignment with the organisation’s goals and objectives. As a strategic leader, you will work closely with other departments (such as marketing, product development, and operations) to drive revenue growth and implement initiatives that enhance the company’s market position.
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll have experience of leading sales teams with a long sales lifecycle with high-value deals. Ideally, you’ll have experience in the house building industry, but being able to demonstrate you have embraced new industries and had success in growing national sales teams would be just as great! We are looking for a Director of Sales who has experience in value-based selling who can lead and develop a consultative technical sales team.
