Liverpool Football Club are currently recruiting for an Operations Specialist to support the delivery and visitor experience at our award-winning Stadium Tour & Museum attraction. You will be responsible for supporting all operational functions to improve service delivery and the visitor experience. What will you be doing? Assisting in supervising daily operations of the department, developing and maintaining operational processes. Supervising, leading, and developing the casual team to ensure operational and service excellence. Ongoing performance management of the team, identifying training needs and the design & delivery of regular training courses. Ensuring best practice and leading a team committed to achieving all department financial and service KPI’s. Identifying recruitment requirements and assisting in recruiting, on-boarding and ongoing training of all new team members. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all technological equipment used for the visitor experience. Partnership management and business development of all external supply partners. Identify creative opportunities to develop and implement new visitor experiences. Bench-marking against other leading venues to maximize all opportunities to engage with new audiences and develop new experiences. Who are we looking for? You will have previous experience within a similar role, with strong leadership skills and experience managing a large diverse team. You will be proactive, and target driven, with excellent customer service and sales skills, and be able to find new ways to deliver experiences in a way that is inclusive to all. Previous experience in the development of staff and delivery training would be beneficial. This is a site-based role, with Duty Manager responsibility, regular weekend and some evening working will be required. Why should you apply?
