Kingsmills Hotel is seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Executive Head Chef in driving team performance to deliver exceptional food service.
2. Manage kitchen operations to meet high-volume demands while maintaining quality standards.
3. Motivate and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals.
4. Maintain food hygiene standards and implement safety protocols.
5. Develop and implement new menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
6. Collaborate with the Executive Head Chef to plan and execute special events.
7. Working Conditions:
The Head Chef will work a 4-day schedule from 7am-7pm, with 10am-10pm or 11am-11pm shifts, and 48 hours per week. Additional hours will be paid on a pro rata basis.
