Rostering Specialist
Hours: Full Time hours per week

The role:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Rostering Specialist to join the team here at Ramsay Healthcare UK. Working closely with the Rostering Lead, People Team and Site Leadership Teams, you will be responsible for supporting the Workforce Hours Management Strategy by supporting Sites with Rostering needs and ensuring rosters are built to budgeted activity.
This opportunity is based within the HR People Team. You will be home based however travel to our hospitals across the Ramsay Health Care group as well as our offices in Bedford and London will be expected, this will include regular overnight travel.
What you’ll bring with you:
1. Experience of working with rostering systems in a healthcare organisation
2. Excellent IT skills including Intermediate level Excel
3. Ability to build and maintain credible relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organisation
4. Detail focused with the ability to identify and resolve complex queries and their multi-disciplinary impact
5. Flexibility to work across several locations and travel regularly including overnight travel as required
6. A knowledge of clinical staffing/rostering (desirable)
7. Experience with Power BI and providing high level metric reporting (desirable)
