Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide 3rd Line support for a range of applications and systems, ensuring high performance and stability.
2. Be the go-to in the team for all things Data (SQL, Azure, DataFactory etc)
3. Contribute to digital transformation projects, focusing on product & platform integration.
4. Optimise system performance and automate business processes
5. Maintain databases, integrations, and ensure data security best practices
6. Document processes and implement service improvements across applications.
Essential Skills & Experience:
7. 4+ years in Service Desk roles, ideally with 2+ years in 2nd/3rd Line Application Support.
8. Application Development and SaaS configuration.
9. PowerShell, SQL, and data integrations.
10. Microsoft Azure + DevOps, Azure Logic App or similar
11. CyberSec fundamentals
12. ServiceNow
