Shift Patterns: Fixed Monday to Thursday Working Hours: 07:00 - 19:00 day shift 4 days - 12 hours shifts 1x 45 minute paid break 2 x 15 minute unpaid breaks Pay Rates: £12.00 phr Overtime: 1.5 x basic pay rate after 48 hours worked in one week Location: Unit B, New Orchard Estate, Airport Executive Park, Luton LU2 9NY As a Production Operative you will need to have: Interest to learn new skills and processes as full training will be provided. Communication and numeracy skills - a good level of English is required. Good attention to details. Excellent timekeeping and high performance. This is a full-time role; you must have full-time Right to Work permitted. Role of a Production Operative: Working within a busy/fast paced environment which requires a high level of dexterity and accuracy. Manual weighing out of ingredients of bags up to 25kg - following a recipe. Quality checking and reporting results Working to a schedule as part of a team Clean-down the station between batches and allergens Checking of batches & quantities Checking documentation to ensure products are packed in line with specification. Complete all health and safety checks and actions in line with company procedure.
