Role summary:
Monday to Friday
8am to 6pm
60-minute break
No two days are the same, but your role will normally involve engaging with your customers over the phone, as well as Salesforce, our CRM platform. You will have unlimited opportunity to promote the benefits of TradeChoice and entice new customers to unlock exclusive deals and receive an unparalleled bespoke service. You will also have the privilege of providing anticipatory solutions, because we are good at listening and getting to know our customers. Overall, your mission is to go the extra mile to impress our customers, live up to our customer brand proposition, and ensure we deliver on time in full (OTIF).
What we are looking for:
Commercial awareness
Flooring and wholesales industry/sector
Proven experience working to sales targets
Customer service experience
Data analysis and reporting
Provision of high quality service in a customer-facing role
Adaptive communication
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Ability to work to targets and deadlines
Self-motivation, resilience and tenacity
Ability to deliver excellent quality customer service to all customers
Self-starting and demonstrating initiative
Comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously
Career development:
