Main Duties
* Manage and maintain schedules, appointments.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
* Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
* Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as required.
* Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
* Cold calling and lead generation.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Lead generation and acquisition skills.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
