Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Contract type: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract/Attachment
Location: Cardiff - This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will balance office working with home working.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
We have an exciting opportunity for two pension coordinators to join the BBC Pensions and Benefits Centre on a fixed term basis.
Your role will be to provide first-class administration services to members and employees of the Scheme. You will know what great service looks like and be able to demonstrate this when responding to pension scheme enquiries by telephone, post or email.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide a high-quality administration service to Scheme members, employees and other key stakeholders by meeting agreed service levels and delivering an excellent member experience.
* Respond to enquiries from members and colleagues by post, email and telephone.
* Calculate member benefits including at retirement, on transferring and on death.
* Support members accessing their benefit details online.
* Monitor and manage own work volumes.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver against daily service level targets.
Are you the right candidate?
* Pensions administration experience (DB preferred).
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to develop positive and productive working relationships.
* Confident managing own workload.
