Job Title: Junior Partnership Manager Role
Location: Bristol (Hybrid Model)
My client is a leading player within the SME lending landscape. They hold a significant market share operating since 2018 with an innovative flexible solution which caters to SME businesses across the UK.
They are at the forefront of the Embedded Finance market, the fastest-growing sector of the Fintech space. They have a diverse partnership channel led by the Head of Partnerships, including Payment Providers, ISOs, Brokers, and Professional Introducers.
Following a couple of large exclusive partnerships last year, the company opened a secondary sales office in Bristol to focus on lead conversion and servicing partner leads. The first six months have been successful, and they are now looking to expand with a Junior Relationship Manager.
This is a new role where you will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to manage day-to-day partner relations and build stronger relationships to increase lending volumes for the sales team.
Responsibilities of the Junior Partnership Manager
* Build long-term commercial relationships with existing partners to become a close business partner
* Serve as the daily contact for partnerships, ensuring expectations are met and communication is effective
* Manage daily queries related to partnerships
* Streamline partnership processes to enhance commercial viability for all parties
* Provide data to the Head of Partnerships and external stakeholders to demonstrate partnership success
Essential Skills and Competencies
* Experience in partnerships within the financial services sector
* At least 2 years managing medium-sized partnerships with revenue generation goals
* Ideally experience in lending, payments, or financial services
* Proactive attitude, relationship-building skills, and a commercial mindset
* Hardworking, organized, personable
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in presentations, Excel, and data interpretation
* Willingness to travel across the country to meet clients and build relationships
* Team player, able to collaborate with the wider sales team
