Head of Hospitality - Grappenhall Manor Care Centre

Role Overview: We are seeking a kind, caring, and motivated Head of Hospitality to lead our hospitality team. Responsibilities include organizing dining experiences, managing the hospitality team, ensuring cleanliness and presentation, and maintaining high service standards. The role involves overseeing rotas, training, and supervision.
Contract Details: 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £12.44. Shift times are 0800-1900, with alternate weekends off.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure high standards of hospitality service.
2. Support and assist visitors.
3. Communicate resident requirements to the chef.
4. Follow cleaning schedules and HACCP procedures.
5. Adhere to training protocols.
6. Complete records and reports accurately.
7. Manage and supervise the hospitality team, ensuring quality care.
8. Coach and develop staff.
9. Promote safeguarding and welfare of residents and staff.
Skills and Experience:
1. Experience as a Dining or Restaurant Supervisor is essential.
2. Care setting experience is desirable.
3. Effective communication skills are essential.
4. Participation in home activities is required.
