Based in Paddock Wood
This is an interesting and varied hybrid position combining light care duties with supporting our clients in IT based activities.
Care duties will normally take priority over IT activities and will include assisting clients with eating and/or toileting.
The ideal candidate must have
• at least 1 years experience of working with disabled people, including personal care
• excellent communication skills
• the ability to work as in a team and on a one to one basis with clients
• the ability to explain the use of computers, phones and/or tablets in an accessible down-to earth manner
• an empathetic and compassionate personality
• confidence and adaptability when working with disabled people.
