The Business Support & Finance Team provides administrative, financial, money management, audit, debt recovery, and technical support to Adult Social Care, ensuring our service delivery, standards, and data quality are delivered effectively and to consistent standards. Providing general administrative support to the teams and managers to ensure efficiency of service, providing a stakeholder interface to assist social care workers and commissioning teams.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Cheshire East’s Business Support & Finance Team for someone to join our team on a permanent full-time basis to provide administrative support to our Learning Disability service in the Borough. The position will be based at Macclesfield Town Hall.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate they are enthusiastic, reliable, and a good communicator who works on their own initiative and as part of a team. A high level of accuracy and good attention to detail are essential. They will be expected to use social care database alongside payment and invoice systems to support resolving queries. This post is ideally suited to an experienced administrator who can demonstrate good organisational and numerical skills.
