Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery. Troubleshoot and fix electrical and mechanical issues. Handle mechanical repairs and fabricate parts when needed. Maintain and service equipment like digital printers, die cutters, and corrugators. Respond quickly to breakdowns to keep downtime to a minimum. Plan and coordinate machine surveys with contractors, working closely with department managers. Review contractor reports, decide on necessary actions, and schedule work. Order parts and manage resources to keep things running smoothly. Make sure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met in a busy manufacturing setting. Qualifications and Experience: 18th Edition Electrical qualifications. Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings. Strong mechanical and electrical skills. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and steam boilers (preferred but not essential). Apprenticeship or equivalent formal training.
