We are now offering a unique opportunity for a Mortgage and Protection Administrator to join our Business Support Team. This role will primarily focus on Mortgage and Protection Administration but will also include broader support to ensure our clients receive a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Provide administrative support for mortgage and protection services, ensuring compliance with our network regulations.
* Handle client communications with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties.
* Assist the front desk team, welcoming clients, managing phone calls, booking appointments, and contributing to the smooth running of the office.
* Prepare documents and complete processes that support our high-quality client experience.
* Proactively manage tasks, ensuring efficiency while maintaining a focus on detail and quality.
* Work as part of a collaborative Business Support Team, cross-covering roles as needed to ensure consistent service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in financial services administration, with a strong understanding of the mortgage process.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors or areas for improvement that others might miss.
* A proactive approach, always seeking ways to enhance efficiency and client service.
* The ability to work independently and manage a busy workload with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service.
