Medical Secretary, Job Share to work 1.15pm – 5pm on Wednesday, 9am – 5pm on both Thursday and Friday, based at The Manor Site in Nuneaton
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Secretary based at The Manor Site in Nuneaton providing support to two Medical Consultants and their clinical teams, the Home Treatment Team and also the Recovery Team who provide care to people diagnosed with a form of psychosis.
This post is a job share and the successful candidate will need to be able to work from 1.15pm to 5pm on Wednesday and 9am – 5pm on Thursday and Friday.
You will play an important role providing efficient, comprehensive and complex medical secretary service to two Consultants, junior medical staff and their teams, acting as a first point of contact for service users, staff and stakeholders, exercising judgement and resolving problems. You will work within an integrated and skill mixed admin team and will be expected to show initiative and have the ability to delegate tasks appropriately to the Team Secretaries and Admin Support colleagues in order to effectively and efficiently support clinical service delivery. Previous Medical Secretarial experience is essential and experience of line managing a small team is desirable.
