This role can beperformedfrom our primary office in Reading or working from homehowever there is an expectation that the successful candidate will need to attend the office whenrequired. The working hours are 9-5.
The candidate should have experience with the use of office 365 products such as Outlook and Excel/Word.

In this role, you will be responsible forthe continued accuracy of our Mobile Device Assets using mobile provider's portal and BHFT's mobile management system andworking with the team to pick calls from the queue and triage them whereappropriate toeither deal directly if appropriate (admin basedrequests) vs assigning toTechnicalSupportTeamand ensuring the right priority and description are clear. This may involve talking with users who logged the request or other teams who passed the request to theMobile Data & Billing Team.
• Provide dedicated planning, coordination and administrative support to Mobile Data & Billing Manager asrequired.
• Undertake and manage Mobile Provider Monthly Reporting, including total types of device type, split by tariffs and individual data usage to highlight issues of inappropriate use. This may involve discussions with the user and their line manager toascertainreasons for high usage.
• Ensure all office systems aremaintainedto a high standard, both electronic and hard copy, across the service, using mobileprovider systemand TrustMobileManagement system to ensure theaccuraterecording of mobile device assets through having well planned and organised administrative systems and processes in place
• Ensure the efficient andaccuraterecording of data on all electronic systems
• Type confidential correspondence, reports and other documentation to a high standard within agreed timescales
• Collate,analyseand present data received for management and service information
• Ensure data analysis and activity reporting is completed within the given timescales,planningand prioritising workload accordingly
• Responsible fortracing & recovery of unused mobile devices that have not contacted the management system in 30+ days.
• Responsible fortracing & recovery of unused mobile devices that have zero tariff usage within 30 days (Calls,dataand SMS).
